SRDJAN KABADAIC

Srdjan started his career in the Security sector 24 years ago as Guard Supervisor for EU missions in the Balkans. From 2003 he continues working in Iraq as a DoD contractor covering different kinds of Clients ranging from USAID and Siemens to Oil Companies, organizing and conducting clients' movements. He spends more than 11 years in hostile areas all over the world, where he gained huge experience that helped Srdjan to take over his current position. After 2008 Srdjan became General Manager for the Balkans, Turkey, and Libya and he is until today covering that position with great success.

MICKAEL XIMENES

Mickael served 17 years in the Army in a regiment specialized in intelligence. In 2011, he joined the security department of a store of the Auchan group. Two years later, he left for the Democratic Republic of Congo where he supervised the 200 security guards of a copper and cobalt mine (Tenke Fungurume). In 2015, he founded the private security and event safety company Protecto. In this context, he provides security for sports events, concerts and the accompaniment of personalities. In 2019, after the merger of Protecto and the ASP group, he becomes the president of ASP Protecto. Within the group, he is in charge of the management of the various activities of ASP Group (close protection, armed security and training). He continues however the field work and takes care notably of the coordination of the operational teams.

HÉLIOS DEMANGE

After having served 11 years in the Army, notably in the Balkans and West Africa, he joined the private security sector in 2005 by joining the close protection team of the European Union ambassador in Beirut. In May 2009, he became Regional Security Officer (RSO) for the European Commission. His missions took him to Afghanistan, Israel, the West Bank, the Gaza Strip and Jordan. His role is to assess the risks and threats faced by European Union personnel in these countries. He also provides them with awareness training. In 2014, he joined Argus Security Projects in Cyprus as a security advisor and then became the director in November 2018. From now on, he is in charge of the development of the commercial strategy of ASP Protecto. His experience also allows him to analyze problematic situations and to ensure the operational follow-up of the personnel deployed in the field.
